The doses we take are as follows:

When ever possible please take with food.

Essentials (Mega Antioxidants & Chelated Minerals): 2 of each in the morning & 2 of each in the evening
Ginkgo: 2 in the morning & 1 or 2 in the evening
Calcium: 2 in the morning & 2 in the evening
Proflavanol: 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening
